    To ensure your baby clothing from AlliAddy lasts as long as possible, we recommend following these care instructions: Always wash on a cold and gentle cycle using a gentle or baby-specific detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals and bleach. When it comes to drying, opt for a low heat setting in the dryer or, better yet, hang the garments to dry. By adhering to these guidelines, you not only preserve the quality and softness of the fabric but also extend the lifespan of your baby's clothes.

  • Do you restock sold-out items?
    We do restock our staple pieces regularly to ensure you have access to our most popular and essential items. However, for our seasonal collections and one-of-a-kind items, once they are sold out, they are gone for good. To avoid missing out on these exclusive pieces, we recommend purchasing your favorite items as soon as you can. Subscribe to our emails or follow us on IG for the most up to date info!
  • Where are your products made?
    While we outsource the production of our items to suppliers from various parts of the world, we vet all our suppliers to guarantee the quality and safety of our products. Once the items are produced, they are shipped directly from our office to your doorstep, ensuring a seamless and reliable delivery process.
  • How much is shipping?
    We offer $6 flat rate shipping on all ground shipments! If you prefer an expedited process, the charges are calculated via USPS by the weight of the package and shipping location.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Free ground shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $50.
  • Do you offer expedited shipping?
    Absolutely! We offer both expedited and overnight shipping options to ensure you get your order as soon as possible. Just place your order before 3 PM PST, and we'll ship it out the same day.
  • Can I make changes to an order I've already placed?
    If you realize you need to make any adjustments, such as changing the size, color, or shipping address, please email us at info@alliaddy.com or contact us directly via Instagram @alliaddy as soon as possible. However, please note that if your order has already shipped, we won't be able to make any changes.
  • When will my order ship?
    We strive to get our orders out as quickly as possible! For most items, we aim to ship them the same day you place your order. However, to ensure your items are packaged with the utmost care, we may require at least 24-48 hours for processing. Personalized items, which include custom names or designs, also have a processing time of 24-48 hours and will be shipped upon your final approval.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your item has shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation via email with all tracking information. If you've created an account with us you can also log in to your profile and check shipping progress there.
  • Return Policy
    If you need to return an item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and still in its original packaging with all tags attached. Return label cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Exchange Policy
    To ensure a simple process, we don't offer direct exchanges. However, during your return request please indicate that you'd like "store credit." This way, you'll receive the full amount as a store code, which you can then use to repurchase your desired products. Exchanges must follow the same guidelines as our Return Policy.
  • Refunds
    Refunds normally take 1-3 business days, but some banks have even longer processing times. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds will not be issued due to any of the following reasons. The item(s) will be immediately donated or recycled. - Item(s) is washed or worn - Item(s) have stains - Item(s) have animal hair - Item(s) is returned damaged - Item(s) do not have original tags attached - Item(s) are final sale - Item(s) are received outside of our 30-day return window AlliAddy is not required to issue any refund for item(s) that breach our return policy.
